Vegan Buttercream


You Will Need 5oz (150g) of Vegan Butter (room temperature), 1 cup (150g) of Powder Sugar, 3 tablespoons of non dairy milk and 1/4th tablespoon of vanilla.
Using a stand mixer or hand held mixer beat vegan butter for 3 minutes until completely creamed. 
Pour half the powder sugar into to butter and mix for 3 minutes. 
Pour the remaining powder sugar into the bowl and mix for 3 minutes. 
Mix in non dairy milk and vanilla into the buttercream and mix for 2 minutes. 

(for thicker buttercream add more powder sugar to get the desired consistency)
